Plant looks great but the sprouting leaves

oK heres a pic of my plant Neptune, she looks great, no dooping leaves, strong stem. But my only concern is with the two little round "sprouting" leaves, they are turning a greenish/yellow. Take a look and tell me what you think.

Hmm could be the soil is a bit hot. Might be nothing though...those little sprout leaves never last forever.

it dont look right mate. are you letting the soil dry out between waterings? it looks like a nitrogen deficiency but the plant is too young for that imo. so its most likely a root bug problem or your ph is way off

I think it's too early to tell,
how are you so sure it's a female?
