Plant leaves twisting for unknown reason?

So I have 1 doctor who clone vegging for 1 week now in my 5gal dwc ( one died after I put it into gh waterfarm) so my temps were high for a while and my ph was on the rise so I suspect that caused it but now the ph is stable at 5.7 and my ppms are 550 what is the issue also I fed higher nutes and burned at 700 like 5 days ago but it was very minor so why the twist and taco still?

need pics. Have you checked for bugs "broad mites" ? How long have the PH been stable? Whats the temp at top of plant?

Vegging a 1 week clone at 550 ppm's in DWC? I'd be twisting too! I find if my leave's twist it usually ends up being PH problem, but I could be wrong. I always shoot for a PH about 6.0.Just my observation for my grow set up.
As Mike4c4 said it could possibly be heat, but that usually curl's the leaf edge's. Depending on the size I would not go over 250 PPM's to start. When I switch to 12/12 I don't go over 450PPM's.
That's more then enough. After the stretching I will bump it up to no more then 700 PPM's. I really dont think it need's anymore then that, but I could be wrong and im sure some will disagree with that but it just works for me, and it works dam good too! Hope that helped! :peace:

Right there with him^ 300ppms is good for veg, 500-600 flowering. In dwc that is
