plant is doing bad! plz help

I transplanted today (well i added more soil) but when i did it i used a different soil and added a lot of pearl lite, then i accidently ripped a couple roots towards the bottom. Now 8 hours later my plant aint doing so good. pH is 6 at the bottom and 7 toward the top soil. Theres a brown spot on one leaf and the bottom leaves are all yellow and curled. what can i do?

what type of soil did you add? The ripped roots should heal themselves, but it sounds like nute burn on the leaves.

its a soil meant for seeds and seedling. its a starting soil mix with stuff for root growth but im pretty sure little to no nutrients. i dunno whats going on
