Plant is browning

I've recently switched my lights from one 27w (CFL) 6500k light under an aluminum dome per plant to a two 27w (CFLs) 6500k light over each plant with reflectors above them.

The lights are a bit closer than they were before, but no closer than 1" to the plants.

The main issue is with what used to be my best looking plant. It has now started browning on the edges of the upper leaves and the lower leaves are slightly wilted (very slightly).

Before this started, I FIM'd all of the plants. A couple of days after that, my package of worm castings came in, so I made up new 2 gallon pots with a mixture of soil (80%), perlite (5%), worm castings (15%) and lime (3 Tspn). I then poured about 1/2 gallon of water in each pot and let them drain. Once they had drained for a few minutes, I moved the plants from the old pots to the new ones, using some of the soil mix from the old pots.

About a day after that, I started to notice slight browning on my best plant and the other ones looked a droopy, but nothing too bad.

Yesterday, I added a mix of water (4 oz.), Neptune's Harvest 2-3-1 (1/8 Tspn), and some worm castings (1 tspn) to each plant. (~16 oz. total)

I can't tell if it's helping or not. I don't know if the FIM'ing before transplanting is causing it or if it was somehow caused by adding the lime and worm castings to the soil mixture. I read that lime doesn't really have much immediate nutrient affect, but it does buffer the pH quickly. I should probably get a pH tester, since I hear that certain pH levels will block out nutrients.

I also didn't think that wormcastings would burn the plant like that, especially with such a small amount in the mix.

I have seen no significant growth on any of the plants since transplanting. This could be from FIM'ing, which I hear causes the growth to slow for a few days.

Any ideas as to what's causing this would be very appreciated.

Thank you.

(I have included pictures of all of the plants and a couple of the browning plant especially.)

Just tested the soil pH and it's showing as 6.5.

Should I just flush the soil? And if so, how much water should I run through it?

You may have nute burned them with the worm casting since it is some powerful stuff. Try a flush of 2x the amount of the pot of pure water and watch it for a few hours the leaves should come back quickly. But this only my opinion.

You need to go water only. You had no issues before the soil change and feeding has made it worst. When they are that small they get plenty of food from the soil. If you flush you use 3 time as much water as the size of your pots. I only feed mine B1 and Clonex every other watering till 4-5 weks. Then 1/4 strenght nutes every other watering to start. Overfeeding and overwatering are the most common Nube problems! Overfeeding creates deficencys and overwatering cause root rot issues.

Yeah, I suspected as much. I tested the soil for Nitrogen levels and it was testing at the highest possible level (even slightly darker pink), so I have since flushed all of the plants. I haven't noticed much of a difference yet, but that was only yesterday.

Thanks for the replies.

I just wanted to report that after flushing all of the plants, all but one have recovered and are showing healthy amounts of growth again since then.

Thank you very much for the advice.

On a side note, would 30 days of veg be enough to start them on 12/12 or should I wait another month?
