PLANT HELP THINK ITS LIGHT BURN OR HEAT STRESS HELP

I had to go away for a few days so had to leave my mate to look after the lady's and I came back to this both burned or something

naa thats past overwatering damage..carry on as usual...less the overwatering

Any ideas what I should do I've moved the lights up got a fan blowing over them also i am using cfls

Water when the pot is dry.

Add about 5ml peroxide per quart to next feeding. You could remove some of wet medium and replace with new drier potting medium. Warm up grow area a few degrees, separate plants for better circulation & fan on intermittent. Basics... Good Luck

Peroxide will kill the important micros in soil

It's only dry on the surface due to get watered on Saturday also the second picture just happened last night he said it was OK last night and started curling this morning any idea what that is

You're not waiting until it's DRY ENOUGH before watering.

Its called confirmation biased...hes loooking for an answer that fits close to what he thinks it is.....its going to be hard for this chap to grow with that mindset. ::shrugs:::

OK thanks they are in 8 litre pots I've been giving them a litre and 1ml biobizz grow I'm guessing that was way to much I get 20% run off with the litre should I be giving less then
