I gave mine 1/4 strength 20-20-20 with every watering and they did fine. Your plants will tell you what they do or don't need.

does feeding them 1/4 strength every wattering make them grow faster?

No probably not going to grow faster. It just seemed to be a happy medium with my plants. I didn’t have to worry about them having too much or too little. Like I said if they don’t like it they will let you know, then you simply adjust accordingly. With a 3 month old plant (flowering I assume) I would consider switching to 10-60-10 or something such as that.

I'm not switching to flowering right now or any time soon I'm hopeing to get 336 clones before the end of this year ready and what will they do if they don't like it?

They will do any number of things...change colors, burn, wilt, fold, curl, etc. you should be ok.
