Plant doulbe in size when in flowering ?

Hi all a friend said to me that when u flower ur plant it will doulbe in size so let say a 12 inch would be a 24 inch when u go to harvest it.Is this true?

Most will not double in size, But they do keep growing the first few weeks.

They will double in height at the very least.

Day 30, and I have tied down most of the main colas.

mine over double. they make an additive to stop them from growing high, i think its called bushmaster.

Last round i flowered after 28 days of veg. They were compact with about 7 internodes and only about 8-10 inches tall. After 8-10 weeks of flowering all of them ranged from 24-35 inches tall. So yeah they double at the least given a good conditions. Of course genetics have a lot to do with it as well.

I like to just tie them down and become my own bush master. I will post pics of my five that just hit 12/12 today.

If I flower before maturity from seed that's the only time I've had plants double in size.

Hydro will sometimes triple in height. Dirt will at least go 50% bigger but double is a safe bet. It's also very strain-dependent.
