Plant counts in CO (greenhouse)

Lets say you have 6 plants which are all in the same cycle (all 6 in veg & flower at the same time)
What are the penalties for this? Just have to cut 3 down?

I dont know the penalties, maybe a petty offence or a small fine especially if your only growing 6. but i do know that you can only have 3 in bud and 3 in veg.
I would just veg 3 until your about done with the other 3 budding ones just to be safe

I've heard from a buddy that they issue citations first before removing stuff, but not sure how it would work unless someone snitches on you first.

Yeah and it would be more than 6 because i have an increased plant count, so trying to figure out what the penalty would be.. just having to cut down half of them wouldn't be bad.

but if youre in a safe enclosed place where noone can see it, i wouldnt worry

Yea safe enclosed space in the mtns with no neighbors. I know those are the penalties, but since it is legal through the med system i am not sure if having all in the same cycle as opposed to half in flower/half in veg if they would view it as illegal then and those above penalties would be the case, or if since your legal for that plant county if it would just be a small little ordeal to where you have to cut down half or pay a small fine

I got some clones for my very first grow and grew them right in the front of my house not even giving a fuck, not one stolen plant nor a anonymous tip and i use to live right on the side of the main road with many neighbors and no fence. But ill let you get some advice from someone whos been through all that. Hope you find what your looking for, my friend
