Plant count question

What happens if you get caught with over 100 plants? I see


Do they hammer that down? I've read conflicting stories, but I dont know if the people are full of shit or not. Some claim they dont push penalties hard in the legal states. I'm just curious because of it being legalized for recreational use now, Whats the deal?

They will make examples of people growing more than 16 times the limit.

In CO more than 30 plants will get you a mandatory minimum of 2 years in prison and a 2,000 fine. Up to 6 years and half a million fine.

In WA any amount of plants are a automatic felony and 5 years, within 1,000 feet of a school or public park it's double the sentence.

if the state passes you to the Feds its a mandatory..... min of 5 yrs in the Federal pen
