plant and pot size

Hey i have a bushy 7inch plant in a 5inch pot 3 1/2 weeks vegging. . is this ok when should i transplant into sumthin bigger?

now. its best to transplant on rainy days .

you should do it soon it might already be root bound if it is it could die put it in a 1 gal pot or 3gal bigger pot means bigger pot
