Plant Amp / N.U.T.S. Application

Ok, so I just put 2 sativas and 3 indicas into flowering, and today is like day 2 or 3. I went to the local shop and the guy suggested Mad Farmer NUTS and Plant Amp to me. I bought both along with a bottle of Coco-Wet and mixed the MFN/PA about 1/4 teaspoon each into a spray bottle with a little of the Coco-Wet, and am now ready to foliar feed the plants, but I need to know how much. The guy at the store made it sound like a daily thing, but the NUTS says only once a week, so I'm a little confused, and could really use some suggestions. Any help is appreciated.

2 teaspoons per gallon once a week is good for the foliar spray...N.U.T.S. can also be used as a natural ph down midway through the week. This will also break down the existing nutes in your rez, making them more available for uptake. Peace and good luck
