Pineapple Express auto

Can anyone tell me if my 7week from seed Pineapple Express autos are looking ok or not?? It's my first time growing and I'm following the pro xl complete and concentrated schedule ,, don't know if they should be bigger by now or not any advise or thought would be appreciated 'thanks

Get that light down to 18" above the top of plants. Put your hand on top of the plant. If the back of your hand gets too hot it's too close. What light is that? 250? 400?

The light is a 600w duel spec hps ,, it is about 18 inches away from the tallest... They seem to be gaining hiehgt real fast ?? Is this normal ?? As I said its my first time and any advise is appreciated ,, thanks again

Dude have you a problem with the light that room should be bright has hell ,pictures should be terrible lights on.looks like it's not putting out any power.there looking ok I have one I'm thinking of ditching mine it's gonna produce very little ,the dinafem is doing good though .check out my journal,long lanky mother ,gonna put her outdoors tomorrow,i think

The light was just turned off in the first pic, and it's on in second but very poor pic ,, the room is bright as hell when the lights on ,, burns my eyes'Thanks for the reply tho, and I will check out you journal, cheers

Lower the light down to ,,12 inch of the top of the tallest ,you will notice less stretch

Yea my 400hps looks brighter but could be pix but lower light sum like everyone else said And they will turn out fine
