auto pinapple express first time grow

Can anyone tell me if my 7week from seed Pineapple Express autos are looking ok or not?? It's my first time growing and I'm following the pro xl complete and concentrated schedule ,, don't know if they should be bigger by now or not any advise or thought would be appreciated 'thanks✌️
