pineapple chunk 55 days really?

Hey all on my first dwc grow. Got a pineapple chunk 4 weeks into flowering. Ok so its already been flowering for 4-5 weeks and it's a longgggggg way from finishing.
She grew well over her 60-70cms as was on the breeders pack. She is well over a meter with skinny sativa leaves.
She took a good 3 weeks or so to start budding so I know it's going to take a good 12 weeks of flower.
Really disappointing considering I choose her for her apparent short flowering period.
Anyone else have simular issues with pineapple chunk?

The flowering listed seems to be between 59-69 days with four known phenos:

Very homogenous variety.

Seems like you have the third phenotype.

This is good info, too soon ta tell which pheno I have but will update....

Pineapple chunk is a 90 day strain. I grew 2 beans and cut both a week or two early at 87 days.


While there's obviously pheno variances I have never heard anyone grow pineapple chunk and claim a short flower, or even on time for that matter.


Your looking at 80-110 days if u want it ripe.
