Pineapple Auto Flower

As an experiment..... A couple things COULD happen.

1. Nothing - grows as it should
2. Stunt - Autos hate stress and can stall / herm

Depending on strain , some autos can tolerate topping / FIM.
Most can be LST to allow inner bud sites to mature. They grow in the typical apical dominate shape but can be trained for the most part. For me , when growing autos I just let them go and LST as needed.

Autos have a preset life span , so stalling or stressing during its limited veg stage ( 4-5 week from germ ) usually cuts into the flowering results. It just has NO TIME to recover like other regular photo seeds. You basically cut the main cola.

Keep her on a single light schedule ( 18/6 or better ) and see what happens.

How do you all think she will turn out just wanna learn like everyone else!
Based off those pictures ... I have no idea lol. But she looks good so far. Hard to tell how things will go this early, especially with no other details.

I will say that I've seen a lot of people topping autos lately so I just gave it a try. Topped one Pakistan Ryder and accidentally FIMed another haha. Did it at three nodes. They seem to have recovered well with no stress so far but it will be a couple months still before I see any real results.

Word. Well if she's already a month old, the topping may stunt her. Like Budzbuddha said earlier autos start flowering once a certain amount of time has passed, so even if she wasn't growing much, the clock was ticking away. It all depends on how much longer she wants to veg for. But like you said, learning experience either way dude. Just let her roll on a steady light cycle with some decent nutes and see how you do.

I honestly don't think autoflowers get stunted I've transplanted 2 of them and never stopped growing
Yeah, I transplanted all my autos this time with no I'll effects. And LSTed them. And now topped a couple. I think there is a lot of misinformation about autos out there. I was just worried that topping after a month might be too late. My girls were already showing preflowers and starting to stretch at that point. But I'm hoping for the best for ya, and can't wait to see how things go. I'm really enjoying growing autos right now.

Yeah they areally misunderstood and it depends on the grower and not so much the plant Im new to all this but have about 150 hours of research and I've found some people who don't know what they are talking about my first auto is still growing and shes about 3 months old just now taking off due too lighting but I think they live longer then most people think

I had a friend who was growing abut 10 autos and the cats really hurt them and they haven' stopped growing I mean no leafs left chewed on and even hair on the plants so stunting a Autoflower sounds iffy to me I watched as they grew huge and even passed mine

If its not flowered in 3 months I doubt it will flower at all.........could be wrong.....but.....I doubt it......

Haha yeah, for sure. I feel like there are more triggers for autos than people realize. You can delay flowering by stressing them for sure, and sometimes it seems to have a negative effect, and sometimes it just seems to roll along just fine, maybe adding a little time to finish. Obviously they keep growing, it's more about the effect on your yield. I'm thinking of ordering a bunch of auto seeds later this year just to mess with them.

Also I feel like it's not so much misinformation that's out there, just a little dated. If I recall correctly the early Low Ryder strains, among the first autos, we're very susceptible to stress and stunting, but the genetics have come a long way since then.

What I've seen really working is as long as Auto is green and has 5-6 nodes by day 21 from breaking dirt, she can be topped with a week or 2 to recover before flowering.
