Yeah, good decision, bro!
Timber is one of the best sources for LED growlights currently. He(Dan) is very helpful and Timbers customer service is known to be one of the best. Pretty sure you'll be impressed by build quality and performance.
Results with up to +1,5g/w are possible with this type of lights and 1,2-1,3g is more or less the rule.

Do not forget to post us a few pics when the beast is hanging in your garden..;)

Oh,
We’re underway. Day 3.

I was wondering if there was a thread like this.
Got 4 of these made from old cake pans 120mm pc fans and 18 9w screw in led light bulbs. 2 are square 2 are round. 1 of each are tied into each other with a dimmer (hubby said he would add the outlet and dimmer when I'm not using the other ones)20180909_203013.jpg 20180909_203021.jpg 20180909_203058.jpg 20180909_203031(0).jpg

The smaller ones look like an UFO shot made in the 50s, lol!
(Nano-nano! Mork to Ork, please come ..!)
I would call them Area51 an 2, lol!
Did you ask your granny before you've taken all her cake pans?
Love them, bro! Nice diy job! Nice steampunk touch... Hopefully they fill you your jars with some dank ass weed, bro!

Can't say what mine will do with this grow. Started with a mix of led and CFL in veg state then these got brought in during early flower and Murphy's law has been a big contributor in this grow also lol. Next batch got started under 300watts of CFL now a month into flower under these lights and they are looking much much better. Takes some time to get to know all this indoor growing stuff :)

Something similar, each bulb pulls 5.5w and the uvb is 15w, the UV is height adjustable through the cutoutIMG_20181014_161728277.jpg

^Whoa that looks amazing, very nice

First run with the samsung strips, 14 F562B on a meanwell 480h-24b driver runnin @ 350w in a 2x4 tent. Also have 2 other tents with QB's and prefer the strips so far...atleast for flowering. Lots to learn still, but this is way more fun than growin outside.

c99....btw, one of my light rigs looks just like yours humple, are those qb120's?
Nice. I'm thinking of popping a freebie C99 from Midweek Song. One of those classics I never got around to trying.

Yep! I have two 4xQB120 rigs, both 3000k, both max at 250+w. Run them in identical 31"x31" tents.

hes growing Cinderella 99 in that grow. Looks amazing, make's me even more excited for my F526b build! I think ill go with The exact same spec's you are running SMT69. I was looking for a good 2x4 fstrip build to oogle. I'm going to order up a 480h-24b right now!

Holy shit SMT69 I just realized you are using pvc for your lights frame, that is bad ass as hell! I bet that keep's weight way the hell down. I'm planning on using aluminum angle iron but this is really cool to see!
What colour temp are your fstrips 3000 or 3500?

Edit* shouldn't have gone to the washroom in the middle of typing haha sorry for the redundancy

PVC will look SO professional and we'll built man, let me tell you. You're an imbecile.

Ledgardener has excellent diy builds for 2'x4' and other sizes here:
http://ledgardener.com/diy-led-strip-build-designs-samsung-bridgelux/

I built the 2'x2' with 12x 560mm Bridgelux and the then 3'x3' with 15x 1120mm's... LOVE them both!
Thanks man already saw his builds, they are great but I feel that none of his lights are high enough wattage for the spaces they are intended to cover. He's a great resource but after learning what I could from him I was more interested in seeing lights that are genuinely producing the product I am aiming to produce with said lights. Instead of bell peppers.

so you are fallowing me around now? His wiring despite the PVC frame look a hell of a lot more professional than your absolute garbage heap of a light.

If it works for him why the fuck are you criticizing his frame?
He's running fstrips and they are on legit heatsinks... If he's this far into flowering and hasn't had issues... what the fuck are you talking about you dolt.

Clearly you have zero reading comprehension because I stated that I personally am not planning on using PVC for my frame, but don't be an idiot. His light look's Light-years better than yours and his ladies love it.

so what are you on about.
