The EYECLOPS!

That's a crazy looking piece of technology.

I'll stick with my $350 Camera, I paid too much for that thing not to use it :)

I'll give you +Rep though!

How can they sell that thing for $25, have a built in LCD screen and usb support. That's just crazy. I don't think your camera zooms 400x close up.

No, it definitaly does not zoom 400x! But I can actually fit the lens to my my microscope :)

The $25 price tag is crazy cheap, too good to be true.\

Are you going to buy it?

I read reviews and they say that thing takes really nice pics, that the price looks to good to be true but in reality you are getting more than your money's worth.

<IMG style="WIDTH: 180px; ; WIDTH: expression(this.width > 340 ? 180 : true)" alt="" src="http://www.greenpassion.org/members/powhitetrashomie/albums/secret-room-grow-another-powhitetrashomie-s-r-production/872-my-tongue.jpg" border=0>

That is a pic from the eyeclops of someone's tongue.
I am thinking about it, they make other things like night vision so I might get one of those first. I can try to find some sample pics if you want but from the samples I saw posted by someone the pics were really impressive, they were amazed something that cheap actually worked as well as it did.

Man, I have ALWAYS wanted some Night Vision goggles! How much are those?

Anyway for $25 how much do you have to lose? Might as well, even if the thing breaks after a year then I would say you got your money's worth.

Great Thread. I bet alot of RIUers are going to buy this, and I am one. I mean for only 25$, its worth it even if it only last for a couple hundred shots. +rep

And? This is a thread with a link to a tool meant for the hobby person, not someone that works for Edmund Optics or United Nuclear.

I'm just as guilty of e-peening but holy smokes you just ignore the point of the thread and bash off the bat without thinking.
