i have some clones that were in rock wool cubes that were transplanted into the expanded clay and then some clones that were in the bubbling bucket system that were directly transplanted into the expanding clay. I'm running the drip system and can control the flow of it. I've started the 18/6 cycle but have no idea to as how much water i should be pumping in and for how long. Is 7 times for 15 minutes at a time when the lights are on. And once when the lights are off?

here are some pics...i'm really lost to as how much water i should be giving them.

Try spreading out 4 waterings during the light period. See how your plants respond to that for a day or two and increase if they start to droop. 4x should be enough per day.

thanks cr8z!

there is no soil in the pots, it is called expanded clay and it is a substitute for the soil when using hydroponics. But i'm not PRO!. :)

You're welcome. I also use the expanded clay stuff, also known as "Hydrotron." It doesn't hold much water at all, but it gives your root system plenty of room to grow into. I think I read somewhere that it helps with oxygenating the roots too due to increased drainage. By the way, I use a flood and drain(ebb & flow) system.
