you could try calmag that got rid of the salt for me?

Calmag huh...will give it a shot..The salt hasnt seemed to pose much of a problem yet. Can salt hurt the plants?

calmag is good to have around so you don't get any deficiencies. But if you use tap water and good nutrients you should have enough calcium and magnesium. Salt buildup can be bad if you don't change your reservoir. Most people change it every week to two weeks.
I think your stems are okay btw. Your leaves look fine too so it shouldn't be an issue.

Thank you..I change res every week and add ph tested distilled water and the nutes i listed above.

in the pic that shows the 3 stems,the 1 in the middle appears to have some type of dark discoloration to it,it almost looks like a moldy patch?or is that what your calling the salt build up?I would keep a close eye on that. good luck
