This is going to be just as for when they sprout, then they will be moved to indoors in 4 gal pots. This is my first time that I am growing indoors with this setup. The setup is in the closet of my room. I just needed to ask some questions like: Can I keep the AC at 26 C in my room? Will this actually work? When to water it? How many watts needed for seedling stage? When should I move them outside?

so is it outdoors or indoors?
it is prob to late for u to get them outdoors, most flower sept - october depending on where u live..
outdoor is a slow gradual process, u might be able to veg for a couple of weeks and then get them out there just nore sure if the buds would be able to fully mature in time before the first cold front...

with that being said

you should have something better then a red blanket to keep out light leaks, some strains are very prone to light and can hermy, so can withstand light when they sleep, just dont take chances..

less light is better during germ.. meaning dont put the CFL close, they do best when they have weaker lights then what u veg in ( or a further distance away )

as for temp it needs to be between 70-80 F what ever that translates to C

good luck
