Ph'ing Organic Teas?

Hello all, Im pretty new to organics, but have done a good amount of research. Im about to brew up my second tea which consists of :
Mycorrhizae,
Jamaican bat guano (1-10-1),
Earth Juice meta k,
and unsulphured molasses.

My question is, do you think i could ph up and down this tea with earth juice natural up and down? Its fairly new and is apparently 100 percent organic. I dont want to create problems within my soil when im only trying to build up a strong healthy root zone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.bongsmilie:eyesmoke:

*I* don't pH my teas, a healthy, well limed soil will buffer it to where it belongs.

BTW, Meta-K is very alkaline and sometimes used as a pH up. It's very strong and I would not use more than 1/4=1/2 TSP/gallon.

I now use Dyna-Gro ProTekt in place of the Meta-K.

Cool, i didnt think it was so important. NONE of the hydro stores, even lowes doesnt carry this stuff. Beats me why.
But i just ordered some, should be here in a ffew days. How much do you suggest i add to a 1 gallon container with a seedling starting?

Of what? The Pro Tekt?

I wouldn't add any, not for the first 3-5 weeks anyway. Of course, you shouldn't add ANY nutes to a seedling less than 3 weeks old. Like trying to force feed a baby a 32oz T-Bone steak.

1/4 tsp/gallon with the Pro Tekt at first. It's VERY easy to over apply. I seldom go over 1/2tsp/gallon on my mature plants. I add 1tbl to a 5 gallon bucket of water, which is juuust over 1/2tsp/gallon, every other week.

Don't look for anything, it works, but nothing you can really see.

BTW, if you are going to LST, do the LST before you start with the Pro Tekt. LOL It makes the stems stronger/stiffer and harder to bend.

Sorry, I wasnt being clear. I was talking about the lime. Ha, the only thing i give my seedlings is mycrohizzae after the first transplant.

would i put less lime in my soil mix than directed?
..i know nutes are the same way
