Phenibut Anyone?

Still on the hunt for a benzo alternative. Considering picking some of this up. Anyone familiar?

ive read about it, and it sounds like enough of it will knock you out, and make you feel fuzzy the next day, much like benzos...

I have not tried it. I have tried kava kava root powder. 7 grams was very sedating, and almost benzo- like. I ordered some anti-anxiety pills from KT. I haven't tried them out yet though. The main ingredient is kava, but wikipedia says the other herbs should contribute to relaxation. I''ll update this post once I try them...

I'm interested in how phenubit would be. Please update if you try some.

Are you referring to the "anxet-ease" or whatever they call it? Please do tell me how that goes.
I've considered kava but I've read/heard so many people say they felt nadda.. did you get the 40%?

yes i ordered anxiet-ease. I'm excited to see how it works, knowing that quality kava works alone.

I've tried 2 different kava products so far. The first was 30% kava kava extract from vitamin shoppe. 10 pills (-700ish mg kavalactones) had a noticeable effect. It wasn't earth shattering, but it was cool for something purchased from a store. There were times that I took 6 or so pills and felt nothing.

I recently tried powdered kava root from herbalfire, and it was way better than the vitamin shoppe product. I took a dose of 7 grams in gel caps (about 700 mg kavalactones) and i was zonked. I also smoked a fat blunt, but fat blunts alone do not have that effect on me.

Kava did not make me feel messed up at all the next day. I felt very refreshed as a matter of fact.

Zonked sounds goods to me. My next kratom order will be with them so I'll add some kava to the list

At ten dollars for 56g, you can't go wrong. And you can consume it with food. I might try making a drink with the powder, but I imagine its not too tasty, and it would make your mouth and throat numb.



P.s. I wonder if KTs anti anxiety tincture is any different than the anxiet ease formula

Kava can be wonderful. There is however a small gotcha. Someone close to me used to take it regularly with me. One time she took some and broke out in hives. She didn't put the two together, she used it again and her face swelled up - it was truely frightening, she looked like a pumpkin. No more Kava for her.

maybe that batch was contaminated with an allergen? Either way, yikes!

I just took 7.8g on a very full stomach. I feel pretty relaxed, but nothing like a bar of xanax. I'll try anxiet-ease later this week or next week, and post results.

Got the phenibut friday. Took 500mg waited 2 hours nothing. Took another 500mg, went to sleep an hour later. Next day I was in really good spirits. Nothing special was going on just a chill day but I was in a great mood the majority of the day.
Not sure if this was placebo though as I kept thinking of being happy as I read a few reports of "glowing" the next day.
Will be taking a higher dose tomorrow

Hmm. Sounds interesting, but definitely not any sort of benzo replacement.

I tried anxiet-ease tonight, 3 caps. Im not sure how I feel, considering ive been smoking Jwh tonight. I just made a new blend, and i am still learning the effects. I definitely don't feel any sort of benzo-like high. I also tripped yesterday, so I didnt have any anxiety.

I'm not too fond of Jwh, so ill give anxiet ease a shot by itself one of these days. I will research the ingredients to see if upping the dosage would be safe. Recommended dosage is 1-2 caps twice daily. I don't want to assume upping the dosage is safe because Kt doesn't list the amount of each ingredient.

I believe I read on one of the threads that you make your own blends?
What jwh's do you prefer?

Yeah I make my own. I use 18,73, and 200.

8 pills, beer, and a bunch of weed later, I feel nice. I think the anxiet ease is responsible for muscle relaxation and some loss of coordination. Not bad. I feel like I took 1 or so mg of xanax, but without the memory loss. I wonder if a large dose of Kava Kava would be almost as effective. If only I knew what the content of each pill was, I could make a proper comparison.

I just took 10 capsules of anxietease. I won't be drinking any beer, but I'm gonna roll up something to puff on.
