ebay...and it is a excellent idea to have a good digital ph testor..many nutes have coloring in them..and it is hard to make a good ph test..the best place to get one is ebay..you can get one for about 30 dollars give or take..i have a hanna and it works well..milwaukee is also another brand alot seem to like..they are both comparably priced.and i cant stress how important the PH is..you plant cannot uptake nute's and can do alot of bad shit to your plant...
