Is the soil u are using precharged with nutrients?

Proplus and abit of gold labels if tht helps
Clones or from seed? Idk what the medium ur using is so does it come w nutrients in it or not? Did u feed nutrients with ur water? If ur soil comes w nutrients and u fed bottled nutrients w ur water mix then u overdosed ur plants yah see.
So u need to flush the pots out until the recoup. Unless u burned em so bad they wont ever recover, so some pics would help.

Stop worrying about your runoff PH. Relax and just let them go, your in soil ph doesn't matter if you have a decent soil. Your plants are probably not unhealthy do to PH. Post a picture and we will try and tell you what is wrong with the info you provide and you can actual fix the problem.

Exactly PH run off is never a true measure of your medium anyways. Get a good spil ph probe and use that to check ur ph before watering and a few days after watering, its constantly gonna change as it dries out and the salinity in your medium changes as well.

What type of nutrients are u using. Feeding soil or soiless mediums with a PH of 5.6 isnt gonna help anything. If your running peat/coco blend which i think is what youre doing then u wanna feed at 6.2-6.3 u shudnt need to make any adjustments until u are well into bloom and the medium is getting old and breaking down. Even so theres usually enough stuff in the mixes to maintain a stable ph and ur plants have a wide range they can uptake nutrients. Although ph is important some ppl get to crazy over it and wind up making drastic changes and making things alot worse than they were. If u wanna change ur medium ph then u need to do it gradually like anything else, if u throw it off between feeding ur just gonna have more problems. Let it do the work for u, and u shud b fine (less is more, keep it simple)! BOL
