What kind of setup are you using, like hydro, soil etc.......when asking a question, the more info you can give the better help you will get.

How far away is your lamp? A 1000w lamp is pretty intense, ph is going to affect the availability of nutrients, if its alkaline it can become toxic, however, thats kinda rare. Without knowing more, im going to guess your lamp is too close. Im not guessing large lamps like this are intended for small grow tents, more for larger open rooms.

You need a ph meter and check your humidity also. On top of all that when you flush make sure that you double flush and the 2nd flush has 1/4 nutes in it. The roots are used to getting nutes, can't make them go cold turkey.
