PH Levels

My soil PH is slightly under 8 how much lemon juice do I add to the soil/water? Also I have Fungus Knats and added the potatoe slices but my question is about the Tobacco juice how do I make it/ and do I make a cup full and set it in there ir do I spray the soil? Any help would be gret

Let the soil dry out good every time ya water and that will kill off the knats.
Ya need to test the waters ph. Start with that first and the soil may correct it self.

i would start with a teaspoon per gallon. see where that gets you. use baking soda to bring it back up if it brings you to far down. do you have any vinegar instead of lemon juice?

start with 1/2 a teaspoon per gallon. keep on testing until you get it.
