pH Fluctuation?

my supper lemon haze is doing some weird stuff. her leaves look to be drying up and forming upside down canoes. could the problem be ph fluctuation.

i feed all my plants at 6.5 on the dot, with very little nutrients during veg. i'm unsure how to fix this problem. should i raise my ph or should i lower it.

thanks in advance for the help.

look a lot like too much nutrients. those big fan leaves are too dark green. I would say a soil ph tester would be something you should try out. See if you need to be watering at 5.5 or something much lower than 6.5.

i use roots organic soil and it is ph balanced. and like i said i dont really use any nutrients in veg. think she only has had one tsp of grow big cuz she needed it. what should the soil's ph be? what should the run off ph be?

I believe soil pH should be around 6.5, a tsp of neuts can be a lot depending on how much you dilute that tsp and how diluted it comes to begin with. Are you not TDS testing your water after you add all your nutrients together. You should also be pH testing your water then too, not really before the mix, we are adding a bunch of different compounds together and reaction can occur so check after. I've heard never water above 1600ppm. I never water over 1000 in soil, and rarely get over 600ppm. Soil has a lot of nutrients in there already, its not like hydro growing medium where everything is inert and you add as N-P-K as you want. Flushing with only pH balanced water will help relieve nutrient and salt buildup in the soil as well. Hope this helps

of course i diluted the tsp into a gall of water. and of course i test ph after mixing my nutrient. i dont know what tds is and i dont check ppm. i let my water sit about 2 days before using.

she has looked like this from day one btw.

Sativas are very touchy, a tspoon of grow big, might have
been too much.

TDS is total dissolved solvents, and it is measured in PPM.
A more accurate way to measure it is in EC, electric conductivity.
EC is universal, where as PPM is different depending on the EC factor
used by the manufacturer.

You say your pH is between 6.5-7? How often do you water, what's your
humidity at? This could easily be moisture stress.

There could be large amounts of anions in your nutrients, or soil, which could be driving
your soil towards alkaline. Soil is complex, thats why i stick to soiless

I run that soil every time. I DO know that you shouldnt feed with that soil untill needed. Are you running diffrent strains? Your ph should be coming out at around 6 if watering with 7. Thats how mine has been for years. Not trying to tell you what to do, but head to Wally world and head to the RV/Camping section. They have a $12 TDS Meter. YOU DO NEED ONE. Your leaves will never be the same. Just let the soil dry out really good and then flush with atleast 30% run off. Plain water. Give just water for a while ph to 6.8 0r even 7. Roots has lots of alkaline material. Peace,SS

thanks for the info.

water is when shes dry as for all my plants. she's gettin about 1/2 gall every 4 days. humidity is 40 %. ph is 6.5 @ watering, 5.5 run off.

how do you adjust your ppm? dont know nothing about that,

thanks. so you think i should raise my oh to 7?

Deff Flush with florakleen or other flushing solution. i bet that would help right off the bat.
thanks.
