Pests more of an inside problem?

Do I have to worry about bugs destroying my plants if they are outside? I know it sounds like a dumb question but...yeah.

There reall aren't many cops just walking around the forest out here...maybe its a little different where you stay. There aren't any deer here either. And its very light wind. So my omly problem would be bugs, mold and rippers. I'm asking if people have noticed a bigger mold and bug problem inside or outside

Never had mold or bugs inside. Outside I've lost buds and whole plants to both, depends on where you live.

i have had fungus gnats inside, they are annoying and really only pose a threat to clones and seedlings (the larvea)

outside plants got eaten by locusts and other pests but never enough to spray with pesticides. bugs are definatly more abundant outside but they also have better variety to choose from opposed to being in a grow tent there choice is limited.

mold isnt a issue during the hot months but the cooler months it can be, mainly powdery mildew. bud rot is also a issue outdoors in the cooler months when the plants collect condensation and dont have enough heat to fully dry out.

Mites no so much there are a lot of beneficial bugs outside. slugs can kill your stuff but a well placed bowl of beer will kill all of them. if it rains a lot mold can be an issue. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you just never tell anyone or show anyone
