Pest paranoia.

Lol I guess it isn't so much paranoia since I DID find some of my leaves eaten but I never actually saw any pests.
Anyway I got ladybugs just in case and released a bunch into my tent I thought they would leave or die off right away but a bunch stuck around and I've noticed a lot of them hanging out in the drainage holes at the bottom of my pots as well as on the soil and of course there's a random few walking around on the tops of the plants. But anyway does that mean I probably do have pests and they stuck around to eat? Or I assume they re just looking for a nice dark spot to hang out and die quietly

So judging by these pictures if definitely have something right? Ladybugs all seem to be happy and Alive so they must be eating something does anyone have any idea what it could be? I still have not found any pests but I keep finding evidence

Hard to see by pics. First looks like caterpillar poop. Second looks like mealy bugs. But not able to tell. Lady bugs are effective. And only stay if food source. Also second pic shows caterpillar or hopper damage. Leaning toward crawler. Not hopper.

I was thinking the same but i have no experience with this so I dont trust my own opinion. Ive looked everywhere and have not found any caterpillars anywhere so i assume whatever it is, is nocturnal. And the lady bugs wont even fly off even when I pulled all my plants out to clean my tent. Soi assume they're eating well or at the very least eating something. Either way thanks so much for the input Michi-can that kind of helps me figure out what ill have to do next if they're in the soil maybe some fly paper will catch them when they crawl out but i dont want to hurt my ladybugs so ill give it another week before I try that

You have to let the lady bugs do their thing. Then use spinosad to remove caterpillars before flower. Is what it is.
