Perpetual grow setup

so as the title say I am reconfiguring my room to grow perpetually. My current grow is getting the chop today and tomorrow and then it starts.

My room is 5x9 by 7ft tall. 2000w passive intake, vented hoods. Currently running a drip setup in there but may switch to flood and drain as I intend to try lots of configurations until I find the easiest high yielding method that suits me.

I plan to start new plants in bloom every 15 days or so, so I can harvest every 2 weeks. Currently in the works I have 2 plants I am vegging out real big, 8 that are ready now to go in and I am going to sog part of my table likely on the 3rd planting.

Stay tuned. This will likely change as time goes on.

So starting this grow has been delayed because I have been dealing with mites in my veg room. I need to make sure they gone before I put them into flower

How are you handling the mites? I keep getting Flys... they don't seem to be doing any visable damage but I don't like it

What kind of flies? Fungus gnats don't do any visible damage but their larvae eat the fine hairs off the roots and can kill your plants. They emerge as adults that just fly around, mate then lay eggs on the soil that hatch into larvae and eat the roots. The adults don't feed on the plants. Yellow sticky traps can catch any flying bugs so you can keep the adult population down and get a close look to ID the buggers. Blue sticky traps work too for some bugs but I can never find those.

Yea I belive that's what I have. I haven't gone nuts with getting rid of them just letting the soil dry out squishing the bigger ones. Haven't seen any on awhile

I got this product from my hydro shop called safer. I've drenched them twice. Going to again today then start flowering if all seems good. I wouldn't want to spray them with anything once in bud. After the first shot there was no visible live mites on the leaves

Any bugs in the grow room are a concern to me. First time for me getting mites

You need to hit them 3 days apart for 3x at least to make sure you get rid of them and that may not be enough. Just one has to survive to start it all over again. Each spray kills the new adults as they hatch but isn't very effective against the eggs already laid.

I lost everything to those demons once but never again.
