Plus it definitely pushes the trichs out, and I don't have to water.Well technically giving a plant several days of darkness before chop will allow the trichs to grow, not sure if @ a faster rate.. but there will be no hot 600w Light hanging above them to degrade or mess with them in any way. So I too give plants several days of darkness before chop & never been happier.
