Drug test for welfare, social security, unemployment benifits. Must have a licence to have kids. It seems like the only people reproducing are lazy, stupid people low life trailor trash bums. In fact cut all government assistance, let only the strong survive to help improve the human race. Dont lock up crimanals give them one more chance and if they fuck up again...pow all done. Sex offenderer no second chance. No gun control, legal prostitution, all drugs legal except meth. Free health care. Taxes, everyone pays 25% of income, no sales tax or any other taxes. rick scott passed the whole 'drug test for welfare' under the pretense that 'most welfare recepients are drug users' and since it started only 8% of people have tested positive.

the whole pretense is wrong and at 50 per drug test, the state is bleeding money and big pharma is cashing in big time.

Population control is a must perfect world or not.

With government assistance slashed to ZERO, why the fuck would we have to pay 25% of our income in tax? Every drug is legal? Except meth? Who made you the grand arbiter of the good drugs vs. the Bad? A license to have Children? I don't know if you knew this or not, but having children is one of life's MOST BASIC functions. The urge to mate can be stronger than ANYTHING you will ever experience. You just gonna make a life function licensable? It won't do anything to bring the rate of pregnancy down, it will only greatly exacerbate the rate of abortion.

Free Health care? How do you fund it all? Once people start getting older there really is no limit on how much you could spend trying to be immortal. Machines and drugs can keep a body alive for a while, but eventually everyone must die. Also makes depopulation more difficult.

You could be a politician with all of your promises, unfortunately most of them would not work and could not be implemented. While some of the ideas have merit, most do not and some are even contradictory in nature.

Not to bad of an idea could use reform on the legality of drugs and the pop control,but a good start

i dont consider myself racist but i feel like mexicans reproduce like rabbits. i live in what used to be a predominantly white area and i have seen first hand the change of my neighborhoods go from classy to straight trashy. its quite a shame.

Can you imagine the bureaucracy if politicians controlled who was allowed to have kids? Can you imagine how easily our government could commit generational genocide if they had that kind of control? Can you imagine the human race in the future when the basic rules of natural selection where bypassed by greed and power?

Population control is not an answer ever. We need to invest our money, time, and resources into exploring space for more inhabitable planets instead of bombing ourselves.

actually,rachel maddow did a spot on this.

8.7% of the population in general uses some sort of drug.

in florida, all of 2% of those tested came back positive for some drug or the other.

rick scott said they would save $77 million dollars with this, but it will take them about 1600 years to save that much

and to the OP, drug testing for social security? i earned most of my social security while high, i'd like to receive it that way, too.

Trust me at my job 90% of the people we have been hiring are so fucking stupid they can barely preform simple tasks. Is that the type of people we want reproducing. Stupid parents=stupid kids. At this rate the world wont last but a few more generations. The reason humans have been evolving stronger and smarter for thousands of years is the strong has been surviving, but in the last 50 years the government is paying retards and lazy fucks to live and multiply. Actually, stupid people do not necessarily equal stupid kids. While intelligence may be some what limited when their genes aren't the flashiest in the IQ section, most knowledge and cognitive ability comes from practice and a willingness to learn. There are plenty of people in this world who have parents that are illiterate and yet the children read with the best of them.
