So Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Harrisburg have all decrim'd. We finally got medical to pass. But beneath all this, there's this underlying sense that we've compromised a little too much.

1. We cannot have flower, but we can have pure, vastly more potent hash oils.
2. You cannot grow as a patient. If this weren't bad enough, the only way you can legally grow is to have $2 million in collateral with $500k in the bank. They are pretty much underhandedly fucking the little guy and only giving the upper class a piece of the pie. Total bullshit.
3. People are still getting arrested for simple possession (my friend who got out of jail for burglary to feed a heroin addiction was just arrested in a small town for simple possession on 4/20 after being paroled. They waited for him.)

All of this in spite of our two largest metropolitan areas and our State Capitol holding the right attitude.

Now Wine and Spirits are warning of the dangers of marijuana because they're trying so hard to avoid sinking in the Legalization Movement that they put their assets above the welfare of the public. They have the fucking nerve to condemn cannabis when their wares lead to more crimes, injuries, and deaths in a day than weed has ever done any time.

We need to put together a large protest. They just aren't taking us seriously, and I seriously hope you are all as angry as I am, because if not, there's a problem.

Rant over.

HMMM...I live in a state with very similar 'laws' the reason I have parenthesized that word is that the so called laws are unfair, unjust, and unconstitutional. it is my obligation to protest.

Anyway, why stop in PA? Why not a huge pilgrimage to DC (where the laws are much more lax...how does that work?).
