I know I've been away a couple weeks but did I miss something about LP's and concentrates?

Yes, their level of salivation has increased proportionally to the greed level. They see the Ottawa SCOC case as their next Robin Hood endeavor. If extract go legit they plan on selling them and raping the sick further....hence the smirk on their face.
