alright who can help me out here? my plant has just sprouted and looks like it is burnt and the two leaves are just pointed straight up. Heat stress?

seems like you might have some serious heat for the plant.
what are your current temps in there?
what soil are youusing again?

its not the temperature cause its only 76 in there.
it was nute burn i shouldnt have used any from the start. i used it once without thinking. ive been using water ever since. i transplanted it to new soil. i think i solved the problem

glad you got it fixed.
nutrients are usually a no-no at this stage -- way to early and you might have some nutes in your soil.
most people start feeding with nutrients at around 3-4 weeks (depending on the soil) and as early as 2 weeks.
make sure you dont start at FULL strength tho -- gradually increase as the weeks go by. (1/4 > 1/2 > 3/4 > full .. you get the idea)

Okay guys It was not a good time for me to start growing again. But I have re planted seeds and they have sprouted. I planted them on 10/14. I did a week of 24/0. I'm now doing. 12/12.

just a quicc note, if you still have the cage in your setup and dont have access to a drill then you can do what i did.
i took a butter knife and wedged it against the rivets and hammered it "under & through" took about 10 once i found my rhythm. i left the other rivets there to attach my screen to once i start my new grow.

Tbh I would not switch to 12/12 yet I would another week but I would 18/6 plants need rest just like us they will grow with the lights off, as for nutes don't!! Wait! Paciencts don't rush it nutes will not make it grow faster but slower at this age it's to much stress I would veg for another week and then start vey very low dose like 1/12 of the bottles recommendation and that's it for about 2 more weeks then I might start a little more depending on what the plants telling me, just remember this grow will be succeful if you have pacients don't try an rush anything, this is just my opion but I would only do 1 drop of grow big using a knife to dip and drop into teo gallons of water and feed once right before flower to help the stretch, remember tho!!! Less is more its easy to feed a hungry plant then to correctly to much! Pacientce my man pacientce.

Keep it real. Im not gonna switch back from 12/12 because of stress on the plant. but i will be patient and thanks for the advice on the Nutes.
