As far as lighting goes, how am I supposed to wire the light in there, and I haven't been able to fine any timers online (Good ones at least). As far as adding more stuff. I'm not sure, But...For the First Link, Do I really need to add fans...or are the fans it comes with enough?

I plan to make the First my "Flowering"
The Second will be for "Veggie"

I'm currently in the process of working on a pc grow myself. I would say that the flowering case should work alright as long as you use a lowryder strain. As far as lighting, what my plan is right now is to set up a power strip at the top and buy some plug-in sockets (3-4, whatever fits comfortably) http://www.fruitridgetools.com/storefrontprofiles/processfeed.aspx?sfid=136763&i=192687976&mpid=8171&dfid=1 . As for fans, the ones that would come in the case function with a power supply and I'm not sure if both of those come with a built in one. If they do then not a problem, just hook them up and make a carbon filter for the exhaust fan. I would suggest unscrewing where the power supply is "suppose" to be and placing it where the cd bay is so it wouldn't take up space for the grow. You can also google how to power on a power supply without having a motherboard.
