i basically frequent 3 types of forums, gaming, overclocking, and growing. i was wondering if theres anyone else around here who shares the same interests.

I am a PC gamer, just started overclocking.
I have an EVGA 780i SLI mobo, E8400 (OC'd to 3.6GHz from 3.0), 4x1GB RAM, and an old 8800GTS 640MB which still gets the job done (been thinking about adding another for SLI, maybe).
And I play COD:WAW too. Add me if you wanna play.

sweet setup man, thats what im talkin about! if my ati 3870 can handle anything (xcept crysis on high/max), im sure your 8800 is doing just fine. nvidia just released the new gtx2x5 cards, so there should be some price drops on the 260 and 280 gtx cards. id wait a while for an upgrade.

is your WaW name the same as your RIU name? ill add ya for sure. i play under 'Steelhead' (case sensitive) in WaW.

Thanks man. Yeah my 8800GTS is pretty solid, it plays just about everything no problem, but there's always something faster you know. Anyway, yeah, my name is the same in WAW. I'll play with ya when I get the chance.

I've played with some t2d people randomly in cod 4, but now I play team fortress 2 pretty much exclusively. Def. check that game out if you love fps's, I've played Call of Duty since the original was released but gave up on the series after cod 4 and getting into tf2. tf2 just blows all those other fps's outta the water in terms of game design and fun imo...and competition is great because of fast pace and really good game balance. Right now my comp sucks though, I play on a 3 year old laptop that was pretty top of the line then but now struggles with most games, def not overclocked haha. when I have the time and money I'll buy myself a nice rig but until then I'm stuck tweaking my configs and playing on lowest settings just to be competitive ><

your name seems familiar, i think i saw you around cod4. i love tf2 as well, who wouldnt, such a well thought out team based fps. you really gotta have teamwork to win and i love that. i was playing tf2 alot after getting sick of cod4 until cod:waw came out. now im already sick of cod:waw and thining about going back to tf2, met some really cool people in that game. whats your steam name (if it doesnt expose you in any way), mine is STEELHEAD. in fact, im going to re-install tf2 right now.
