I will throw some pictures up within the next few days of some of the best cups. I have a mini-fridge that i like to put my best strains in, the closet is more for commercial purposes. Right now in the mini fridge i have 3 68 watt cfls, with 6 plants. 3 nyc diesel and 3 atom smasher (my friend named the strain, he deserves it after a few years of genetic modification). but i will def get some pictures up shortly. the closet has 4 tri-band 90 watt LED ufos, with no air import/export, just homemade co2 that i let vent out a couple times daily.

This will be a journal on august 1st of this year, I am moving to Long Beach. I will defiantly post harvest pictures of this crop though, along with a shot of the lights on them before they get the 'ol chop. But yeah, as soon as i get to Long Beach i will start a new harvest with some clones from a friend of mine, and i will have a thread for sure. I would feel much more comfortable with a medical grow being on this site. It's one thing to show 2 or 4 or 6 plants, its a totally different story when you have 100 plants in a non medical state. Hope you can appreciate that. But once im in the LBC i will prove to you guys that led lights really do work. You just need to drop some $$ on the quality stuff. I got my lights at www.sunlightsheds.com they have 90 watt ufo's for $200 a piece, which isn't the best price on the market but they sell lights that actually work. HPS lights are great, don't get me wrong. I just wanted to find something that didn't emit much heat, yet still had powerful and penetrating light. send me a pm if you have any questions on LED lights, i will try to answer if i can.
BTW anybody ever notice that hot grow areas = more smell? my cfl grow is pretty smelly, but the ufo's are not so much. strange.

Lookin good man, how many total watts you got in there? and how much do you usually yield?
Thats what im wanting to do, but with about 10 cups to start with, so i have a better male to female ratio, and im going to have 360 watts of CFL's
You can be in the comp if you want, your ahead of me in flowering, today is day 29 i think, alot of people never updated, which was to be expected lol

Thanks for the props! I finally finished messing with the lights. I ended up going with 2 68 watt bulbs, and 2 23 watt bulbs. A total of 182 watts. I had 3 68 watters in there, but it kept tripping my circuit for some strange reason. I would ideally like to have 4 68 watters hanging. SICC i think that would be a great idea for you, the bulbs are only 14.97 at home depot. The pictures are of flowering day 29 aka the first day of week 5, i accidentally said it was day 36 (my bad i had just blazed numerous jays). I had 6 cups in there, and one of them hermied on me (that was my first feminized seed ever, strange). I would love to be in the competition, my average yield from past party cups was 9 grams for the plants i didn't top, and 18 grams for the plants that i topped or lst'd. But i did have 1 plant that ended up weighing 31 grams, it had 8 colas that were all fat 8th buds. I will put up a few pictures of this cup grow weekly, its nice to be able to look at a thread instead of going all the way to my grow site every time i want to sneak a peak. Since I will be living in an apartment in Long Beach, party cups are really the best idea for growing. You can even hide all of them in the back of your suv if you have an inspector coming the next day!
