Dutchmaster Silica should do the trick + its got micro nutes ( cal mag copper ). I think any ph over 6.2 is undesirable. Def dont go to 6.8. So your nute burn could be a defeincy or hot spots (from using tin foil or having lights too close). But your limp plants are definately telling ya something. Do you foliar feed? Whats the humidity in the room? Any co2?

I had a similar problem to this when I first started DWC. I lowered the water levels in the res more and they perked back up. You think I could of used silica instead? How does that make sense?

Utilizing silicon in its potassium form together with a suite of complimentary micro nutrients, Dutch Master Silica is the most soluble and plant available silicon nutrient supplement on the market, ensuring maximum benefits.

Plants are able to produce a thicker & stronger cell wall that is associated with better plant health through increased resistance to environmental stress. In high nitrogen environments, such as in most hydroponic systems, adequate levels of silica are now considered to be essential to avoid overly soft tissue symptoms and their associated negative effects

Copy + Paste from the description online. Im assuming by lowering the water level... his roots will be able to use more oxygen. That and some Silica would strengthn the cell walls + reduces soft tissue in high nitrogen hydroponic mixtures~
