Pale spots on seedling leaves??

I germinated and planted 2 early vixen seeds about a week ago,I noticed small pale spots on the leaves, I used jiffy seed starting mix and haven't introduced any nutes yet, they are under a 400w mh for 18hrs/day, I mist the leaves about once every other day, they are watered using distilled water,any advice on what these guys are trying to tell me? Stop doing that, it's not a dolphin. The soil looks a bit a wet, make sure the pot gets light and a bit dry before you water.

Hard to say with certainty really. Unless you did something else it's probably that. With big plants it's not a prob but small seedlings are sensitive at that early age. Misting is more for cuttings, you want the seedling to drink through roots and grow those, which misting doesn't help.
