question what did the package say on the outside
does it say nirvana seed bank on the return adress
if so maybe the mail man or someone in the processing area
new what it was and swiped them
there thinking to thimselve who this guy going to tell
it says postbus 129
1380 AC Weesp
The Netherlands.

it doesnt say seedbank, but it does say netherlands. I'd probably take a peek in the package if it said that. so yea I think what youre saying is pretty likely. my only question then would be 'was there a packing slip?'. cuz if there wasn't, then yea someone just ganked them. if there was, they probably took it out as evidence to possibly submit. I'm still waitin on nirvana to respond to see if there was a slip or not. i hope there wasn't. hah.

I just received my long awaited seedless package from Nirvana. What I received was a small bubble wrapped envelope rolled up with a rubber band around it. Inside there was 4" X 7" piece of Yellow heavy bond paper. The print on it said, "Requested Sample, Cheap Sheep" and a label with factious information. Also enclosed was a furry toy sheep with a zipper along it's back. When I open the zipper I found an empty pouch. I assume that's where the seeds were. The return address was the one that you guys have for Nirvana. I'm new at this and this little endeavor cost me quite a bit of money. However, money aside, I'm wondering if my name and address were put into a data base and forwarded to the local authorities? This was my first rattle out of the box at purchasing seeds and now I'm pretty skitsy. If anyone REALLY knows what is done with the addressee's information please contact me.

i would call the post office and describe the entire situation to them, but tell them the seeds were for some crazy heirloom strains of vegetables rather than cannabis.

after reading more posts of people having the same issues, it appears as though nirvana might be shipping empty packages.
fuck, if i were an asshole, i would too. they can blame it on customs and there isn't really anyone us americans can "tell on" them to.

make friends who are growers and get some clones. all the popular strains are around, trust me..

your seeds probably got jacked by some random in the mail room, like FDD said probably likes your strain.

Dude that is EXACTLY what happened to me.

We now have three people who all got cheap sheep from nirvana with no seeds inside them. I'm less inclined to think that all of ours got stolen, and that something else is going on.

I saw a few above that are possible; 1) maybe nirvana is fucking us americans over knowing we can't do shit about it. Which is probably most likely. Let this be a lesson to anyone who reads this: DON'T ORDER FROM NIRVANA ANYMORE. I hear their site is now being monitored by feds anyway.

which brings up the other point 2) nirvana is forwarding the addresses to the feds. unlikely, since I can't see the dutch giving a fuck about american feds, much less working with them, but that inevitably means that nirvana is fucking people over.

either way, fuck nirvana and their shitty customer service. I've STILL gotten no reply 5 days after the fact. :finger:

have you checked the sheep
cut it open to see if they stuffed them inside the toy sheep
already did man, nothing in there.

I still can't get past the fact that MY PACKAGE HAD BEEN OPENED AND THE SHEEP HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT (i know this because there are hairs stuck to the adhesive before I ever even touched the package).

IF nirvana is fucking people over, did they put seeds in, and say woops better take them out I forgot we're ripping people off now. Or were they opened in the states. From the amount of adhesive that was left and how sticky it was, it seems like the states. So I doubt nirvana actively took the sheep back out to retrieve the seeds. I just don't know and everyone seems to have a different theory haha.

NOOO, they can just as well not send anything and save on postage like whats happing to me.
the thing is , i think nirvana has some bad employiees, and they need to clean house
. maybe the kid incharge of mailing seed took the seeds out and just mailed the package, thinking who the hell this guy is going to tell ,, the police, some dumb kid running his famly busness into the ground :wall:, or maybe whatever post office nirvana send from they no the guy who makes drop off, works for nirvana and figure that they will still the seeds out of the packages going to the US and just mail the empty package, cause think of it if the law takes it they will tell you, they have to , its the law, if something is confiscated they most give a reason why- i really think this 2nd senario is what happened - these seed banks do a lot of mailing, so they would most likely mail from the post office, one of the post office worker on there end took the seed, ill bet on that.
they 'er in amsterdam
so if lived an amsterdam and worked at the nereby postoffice, and you see a seedbank worker droping something off at the post office. and you grow your self (if you havn't ordered from them your self and already know what to look for) and you know grower in the U.S love to grow that fire. you may just a take that 5hit

someone need to alert nirvana of this theory, tell them to use a diff. P.O

Its pretty obvious what happened here. Postal worker recognized the address and took the seeds.`I would try and have your seeds shipped in by other means.

Here is Nirvana's reply.
Hello --x--,

I am so sorry to hear that the seeds you ordered were missing from the package. Unfortunately, you weren't the only one this happened to. I'm afraid we've come to the conclusion that customs have seized and confiscated a batch of orders that were sent on the same day. I know that they often send a Notice of Removal, but they seem not to have done that this time. We're taking steps to change our methods though, so it was a one-time problem.

As I'm sure you know, our Terms & Conditions clearly state that Nirvana cannot be held responsible for lost or confiscated packages, and you agreed to these terms when you ordered. However, just this once, I would be willing to resend the order to you as a token of goodwill.
I do not think you have to worry about the first shipment, you would have already heard something from customs. Anyway, there is no information about you ordering anything from us, so you can always deny it!
I hope it will arrive safely this time!

Peace,
--x--
I'm thinking I'm going to decline a reorder and take a refund instead.

Bag seeds from now on. Lesson learned.

They did not give you the option of your money back. They even said you agreed to the terms of no refund. They will not give you your money back.Just take the reorder and try to chill a bit.Seems like you want to be pissed if you wont take them up on their offer to resend.Seed banks are not wal mart and sending you seeds is illegal.
