package has been stuck at ISC (USPS) New York for over 3 weeks now ?

Certainly a long time to be stuck in customs, But not unheard of for a un-molested package.
i have had stuff (not MJ seed) stuck in customs almost 2 months and arrive just fine, and have heard of people waiting much longer.
If their going to steal your stuff they will send a letter about 2-3 months latter
