Ozone to control mites?

I have a low grade spider mite problem (was bad but so far frequent Bayer soap spray is keeping them in check)

Anyone have any luck using an ozone generator to control mites or other bugs?

I have a generator but keep my box ventilated. Thinking it might be worthwhile to kill my fan for a bit and let the bugs stew in the ozone.

Any thoughts?

Only thing that's killing spider mites is chemicals and predator insects. Good luck man. An ozone generator is just going to make it warmer and easier to breed for them.
