I do it every early dec...its like fuck man I know they finding there roots but fuck am I smaller than last yr lol
Hahaha I know the feeling. Sometimes it’s a bit like the hare and the tortoise though some of the ones that get going early don’t end up any bigger than the ones that are a bit slower of the mark.

It’s hard trying to find the right mix of being out in the open to get more sun but still having enough cover. My main worry is helicopters we still get them every year but a few years ago we were getting done twice a year.
I call it solar seduction. I have always gone over to the cover side of the cover/sunlight ratio. But I had a few out this past summer in the edge of a marsh getting all the sunlight. The county sheriff's helo spotted them and they got chopped. Wish I had gone for a little less sunshine and more cover.

Dream Lotus #1 you can see the leaf septoria on one of the bottom leaves, hopefully it’s under control now but I’ll be spraying in the mornings now and adding anti fungals to my spray mix, doing liquid copper for 2 weeks then I’ll switch to Serenade or something similar that uses Bacillus Subtillus.
