I'm kind of sick of the elitist bullshit among potheads. Drugs are drugs. How can you smoke pot and look down on someone for shooting heroin or eating pills? That's the same intolerance that fueled the War on Drugs.

Surely, Oxycodone is a powerful narcotic, and not one to be toyed around with. If you let it get out of control, opiates will take over your life. Stay sharp and do not take them for more than two days in a row, to avoid physical addiction. The withdrawls from them when they have been taken for 3+ days consecutively is horrible.

snorting oxy for recreational purposes I believe to be not so good.. on a physical level, it IS very addictive, whereas weed isn't.. in fact they even make another pill now called Suboxin (sp?) to curve the withdrawals.. proves this.. think of it from a business standpoint.. the drug companies sell more drugs to get you off the other ones they already sell you.. it's a pretty good little racket really.. if you're completely soul-less.. as they are.. I have a group of close friends who are battling a heroin/opiate addiction.. and I gotta tell you, over the last year or so, I've heard all the "junkie-talk".. "well I don't shoot it.. it's cool.." or "I'm not as bad as that other guy" all rationalizing the use of a substance that the person KNOWS in their gut is doing them more harm than good.. I gotta say I'm guilty of the same BS, but with my drinking.. "well I don't shoot it.. (hard-booze) it's cool.." (had to stop that ) but fuck man.. I love me some cold beers... I just gotta stop burnin' through an 18 rack every-other day.. jesus... I look back over the last year or two.. & I didn't used to drink that much.. how did it progress like that?? & I can say honestly, in all the years I've been using cannabis, I've never had the issues with physical addiction/withdrawals.. I might be bummed if I can't find some good chron, but shit I ain't gonna take my guitar to the pawn shop over it.. well.. I wouldn't for beer either, but I see my bros doing it for oxy & H.. you get my point...

oxy's are fucking crazy when snorted, a couple of friends and i did that shit for like 4 days strait and then we were out and couldn't find anymore anywhere, went through withdraw, trust me shit's not worth it, felt like shit for like a week or so, then got over it, only drug i have tried besides weed, i love weed, will never do oxy's again

i used to snort between 240-400 mils of oxycontin a day... needless to say i had an addiction; that shit is horrible... thankfully my connection just vanished; but that next week was one of the worst weeks of my life... hardcore opiate addiction is nothing to be taken lightly or played with... i would suggest stopping before you get to that point; so now.

nasty shit my 2 friends down the street are always snorting them.. then we go to smoke a blunt they start puking from sniffing that shit...they actually stopped 5 days ago and re eating Suboxin like candy .. and not eating all day saying there stomach feels like a not ... i see methadone clinic coming soon for them.. but i feel thats a waste too i have a friend that goes to methadone for the past 2 years .. gets his legal high .. then dries to get higher on pills after... nasty shit id stay away from that... let alone paying 50 dollars for a 80mg pill thats insane...

vicodin, I know that shit from a month ago. Valium, mmm... I loved that shit so much. But, taking 4 of em is not a good idea all the time (looks can be deceiving, they are small, but powerful).

yeah, i was doing the pukes from snorting too much... but i didnt care back then.. that was my highschool days when i was immortal... but the prices is what had my habit so high... had a girl-friend who's mom got scrips of 80's.... got em for $5 apiece, with one free for every 5 i bought.... used to sell one to cover my costs and go apeshit with the rest... bad days man, bad days.... my nose was always red and swollen... and i was a fuckin zombie
