Well it's different, but it's still derived from opium, I believe it's a semi-synthetic compound. I can tell you if I take one 10 mg narco I am fine, if I take two I vomiting and very sick, this does not have that effect on me. nauseous yes, sick no.

They are all semi synthetic opiods. Dilaudid is much stronger than oxy or hydro.
