OW! An ounce a plant in seven gallons. Help.

I am apparently a shitty grower somehow. I have to vent. I ran a super soil this grow. Seven gallons of soil. I ran a BMO grow in seven gallons of soil. Each time I yeilded only an ounce a plant. After vegging for two months! I have read everything. Unless I give these plants cocaine I dont think there is anything else I can do. I might have to sewithc to hydro. This is just sad.

I have real lights. 600 watt lumateks. They looked great in veg. They had heat controlled ok. Under 80 all the time, it is summer. I had all the right food.

I am lost as to what happended. The first time in bmo they had to be moved and fucked up their light cycle.

The second time Maybe they needed more food for flower to be added to the super soil. That is what I am trying right now. Veg goes great.

They just dont get those huge nugs. Anybody ever hear od that. I have read every thing on the market in these forums. I read every day.

my plants wont grow for shit under 80. the first time i went a 24 hour period in 80+ heat they almost doubled in size overnight .try it it might help ,if you think so + rep please

could just be the strain

I'm guessing its strain genetics. Organic soil grows should be the most productive option. I used a soil mix similar to the super mix, 100% organic, rich with compost and manure. The only fertilizer was a couple doses of natures harvest, which I HIGHLY recommend. I yielded about an ounce of the autoflowering easyryder.

Seven gals with two months veg, yeah I would think the strain is bad. Got to make sure the soil has good drainage, because seven gals of roots should make for a huge f***'n plant indoors. Did you have an oscillating fan on them, enough airflow to thicken the stems? If the stems are spindly then yield will suffer. Do you have pics of them in flower?

thanks guys. It was some shit I got from marijuana seeds nl. There was a mix up with my seeds and I am not sure. But I am stuck with this shit until I can get my sanni seeds and reserva privada seeds going! Lol, to top it off I stuck the ozone generator in the tent and burned my og! I am bolstered. I was all ready to go to hydro! Been reading dwc and shit threads and getting out my five gallon buckets.

I was thinking that maybe I got some bad seeds. Nice bud tho, but some shitty popcorn to top that off. I did not bother with the flower pics.

was it super stretchy,
did you top them,
was there sludge at the bottom of the pot?

Genetics is def your problem here imo. I had bought their "power mix" or whatever with White widow, Ice, and Crystal. Out of those 30 beans I popped I only got 1 or 2 keepers both turning out to be Ice. Keepers being a relative term as they are still weak imo but are quite frosty. My father popped 50 beans he said and his results were more miserable than yours.

Get new seeds from another source and try it again. I suggest bidzbay or attitude but there are many others atm

cool news. I can put away the hole saw and the net pots and take down the finger I gave to the whole organics industry and maybe I can dig up the worms ferom myvermi compost bin. lol.

I already got purple wreck and og kush the 18 from reserva privada DNA and herijauana from sanni going. Gonna be a while. I will try one more reound with the organic soil.

lol, i did take three jars of the trim and popcorn buds and make about 1.5 grams of good iso hash. I shook for about thrity seconds some frozen pickle jars and let it evap.

To the dude who asked I am convinced it was the genetics. My NL from them yeilded less than I hoped and I chalked it up to my system then and ditched a very expensive hydro ebb setup for organic soil trees. I am wondering what now that table would have pulled.

I trimmed one like uncle bens and another I lst'd out with around eight tops. I like the uncle bens. Another thing this taught me was too trim under the skirt more. I previously thought that I had it covered. I now just hack away anything under there for bigger buds up top. Even as a med grower I dont want to mess around with all that depressing popcorn bud.

thanks, it just hit me, what if all these plants were grown to be grown in hydro? I mean bred thru succesive generations to be the best plants in water? Lol, I might be up shit creek to varying degrees all over the board. Anyway, I hope it is not that big a deal.

Thats interesting, and it is possible, but I would think that there are not many stable strains that are hydro-only since it takes so much work to stabilize the genetics. Never done hydro myself, but it seems to have growth rates much higher than soil even for plants that are good in soil. So it is possible that if this strain was good in hydro, it will not necessarily be good in soil. I think the opposite is not true though. Are they all clones or seedlings?

I grow from seed and clone. Depends on how many and how much time I got going. This pack had ten so I did some seeds and some clones. I am revegging becasue I want to see if this plant would produce mroe if I fed heavy in super soil and it was so frsty and good that I liked. I also had a mishap where I put the oxone generator in the veg tent and killed or stunted to death and a snails pace most of my crop, all four plants. Never do that. I thought it would be a ll right right next to the exhaust but it wasstill too much. It is a weird freexe in time. Anyway, I put one of these, a clone into a hydro five gallon to see what is up. Although I am butchering it with reg tapwater and shitty chem nutes. Dont pant to keep it too long, lo. we will see.

do you have a light leak? I've had nice big plants that didn't yield because the was light getting in the room.

where did you store your nutrients? inproper storage of nutes (light places, cold places, very warm places) can ruin nutrients taking necessary vitamins out of the nutes preventing the plant from getting the full range u might thnik its getting, i have never had this happen personally but know people who have, so make sure u check, my buddies nutes were stored in 105 degrees, they were no longer good after a month, good luck
