first off, i did my due diligence and checked out what i could find thats already been answered and posted. as a result, i'm pretty sure my first problem is overwatering.

my question is, do you think it can be saved?

my second problem seems to be a nute deficiency, but i'm not sure if its an iron deficiency or manganese. any thoughts?

ok, first of all, stop flushing, i have flushed once in the last 4 years. i dont know why but everyone thinks more water = more buds. no
if the soil is dry, water, if its not, dont. water once every few days. and when i water, i water 4 footers and only give them about 2 liters of water, in 24x24x24 inch pots. my smaller plants get maybe .5 liters each

2nd pic, yea up the nutrients, A LITTLE. dont overfeed them, then have to flush them to make them survive.

The first problem is Fulsarium wilt or root rot. If the soil is wet and its wilted, toss it out right away so that it doesnt infect your other plants. Get rid of the soil it's in also. If the soil is dry, give it water and it will revive its self.

The second problem is a Sulphur deficiency. Give the plant a 1/4 of a teaspoon of Epsom salt per gallon. Also foliar spray 1/4 teaspoon epsom salt per gallon PHed to 5.8 with the lights off once a day.
Epsom salt is Magnesium Sulphate. It will be completely green in a week.

Your wrong on both counts artemisia. Its underwatered withered and nearly dead the first one. The second one is suffering heat stress.

Thanks all for your input. you all sound like you know what you are talking about, but you can't all be right i dont think (can a plant be overwatered and underwatered at the same time?) But i am grateful for all your input. the kosher mom is showing some new growth today. Her old leaves are still all wilty, but there is fresh growth sprouting from the nodes. i guess i'll wait a couple of days and see what happens.

I gave the Cheese mom a weak solution of Earth Juice Microblast, which should clear up any nute deficiencies i think. (i hope).

Heat is a problem i've been dealing with. i live in the high desert. i thought if i ran the lights at night (the coolest part of the day) and threw in plenty of fans it would be enough. but the temp is still maxing out between 85 and 90F. So i've ordered an air conditioner. i hate the thought of pulling more electricity (my bills are high enough already), but if i don't get these plants healthy and to harvest, i'll have wasted far more than the electricity will cost.

so, in short, i'm taking all of your advice. i'm isolating the kosher momma in case its that root rot thing. but i'm keeping a close eye on her. if she comes back, great. if not, i'll do as suggested and toss out all the dirt that's in it. i gave the cheese some earth juice to up the micro nutrients, and will be cooling the room by AC to resolve any heat stress issues.

so thank you all so much!

i've heard there are different grades of epsom salts and that the regular stuff they sell at walgreens isn't good enough. have you ever heard that? can i use just any off the shelf brand of epsom salts?

Yes it can be saved, drill 20 holes at the bottoem of pot. instead of regular 4. And water every 5 days no mistake made. If really hot hot, then every 3-4.

ya know one thing you could do. to help with the temps. first its always better to move/exchange more air to help with temps. so more going out than youre putting in. a negative pressure. its a lot cheaper than a ac unit. 2 good tt vents cost you less than a ac unit to but. to run unit for unit i would be straight bullcraping if i even attempted an answer.
2nd one you ight think give up. but before i sorted my vent out and didnt have air cooled lights. i had this problem and many times this saved me. 85 to 90 would be great for co2 to be bleed slowly into youre room. remember its heavy the air. so make some home made co2. (can get you links or tell you my measurement for instant co2 )it will allow them high temps with out stress and be beneficial. if youre drop below 83 there no point really using it. its a sort term answer till you get youre ac
