Overcoming stunted growth?

Somehow i feel that my plants lost about a week (10days maybe) of growth do to newbish mistakes. They seem to be growing at a slow but steady pace now but they had some rough days in the past. Anyway, my question is if there a way to help my plants look 4 week old plants instead of 2 weeks old?

Maybe its in my head but these plants have been through hell :(

started from seed in 2 gallon pots
overwatered
Nute burn
possible ph imbalance
light burn
heat stressed
and had poor drainage, etc.

Also, is there an easy way to post pics from a galaxy 3 phone?

Re-pot in new medium in a 3 gallon MINIMUM container with good dranage (5 gallon preferred by me but I'm a native Texan). Suggest 1/3 tree bark mulch in the bottom (holds water & nutrients and yields them to roots easily) with new good soil on top of that. Mix the two together just a little in the mix zone. Moisten with just enough water the soil feels damp but NOT WET!

When the plant shows new vigor in a few days, then water with 1/2 strength nutes. 1/2 strength, not 3/4 or more. More does not equal better in nutrients ever and especially now.

Gradually get her closer to light but pot does not need full light 18/6 day after day after day to survive. Let her recover a week. Nute her, light her up.

First of all flip the pics upright Folks hate that here. Second, relax. Those aren't bad at all. Some problems but your medium has bark. Just use water for the next week, full strength nutes 1 time and get back after it. Do not overwater. But no bad tip curl so bad nitrogen overdose doesn't look possible. Screw soil pH. Screw soil pH. Screw soil pH if you are using commercial potting gardening soil without time release nutes. Even then screw soil pH. New grow, new soil.

Immediately will come those who argue what I say and you should listen to everybody but trolls. Nobody has all the right answers. They look decent considering.

Thanks hotrodharley, and sorry about the pics..dang camera phone, lol.

So what kinda nutes/plant food would you recommend?
I got pellet form (19-6-12) and liquid form (8-7-6) plant foods from walmart..would these help any...after doing the straight water regiment?

use stuff high in nitorgen for vegg. i.e. (12-3-6..15-8-8) the first number represents the Nitrogen. in flower u want the P and K to be higher than the N. 2-10-8....1-12-14 and so on.

Thanks, the high nitrogen stuff I got is in pellet form though. Does it work the same? Also, should i just do away with it for now since i got nute burn?

I would shit can the pellets all together and get liquid or powder base nites that u can mix to ur likings. It just gives u more control of what u are giving ur plants, how much u give them and when they get it.
