over watered and feed yellow leaves

my gdp is 3 weeks into flower and came from clone they stayed in 20 ounce cups for about 8 weeks total....messed around and over watered the miracle grow moisture control soil and now all of my clones are nearly 90% yellow and curling with buds (dandelions)....so i transferred to 3 gallon pots added nitogen and superthrive hoping they would kick back in..but if they dont ...is 3 weeks flower to late to switch the lights back to 18/6 so i could hopefully grow more root and healthy green leaves backor is it a waste of time are they going to die?

If they live past this episode u could but it'll take a lil time for them to readjust.

they are picking back up ..but i learned that yellow leaves dont turn back green just because you give them nitrogen..i just wonder tho ...when does new leaf grow stop during the flower stage??
